General
The rates are per room/apartment and night excl. local tax (all the year € 4,00 per person/night). Children under the age of 15 are exempt from the local tax.
An offer is subject to change, depending on the availability.
After your booking follows a down payment of 30%. The remaining amount is payable on the day of arrival in cash, because we do not accept EC cards or credit cards.
A free cancellation is possible up to 2 months prior to your arrival, from 2 months the cancellation terms of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.
We recommend taking out a travel insurance prior to your arrival - European Travel Insurance.
All services are suject to the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry.

Rooms
The breakfast buffet, Wifi and parking are included in the price above.
Our guest rooms cannot be rented from June till September.

Apartments
Additional to the price a final cleaning fee of €12,00 per person has to be paid. 
Bread service - for an additional charge we deliver fresh bread and pastries every morning to you apartment door.
In summer the Ötztal Summer Card is included in the price above.
We are happy to provide an extra children's bed if needed.
